법률구조법 제2조(정의)

이 법에서 "법률구조"란 제1조의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 법률상담, 변호사나 「공익법무관에 관한 법률」에서 정한 공익법무관(이하 "공익법무관"이라 한다)에 의한 소송대리(訴訟代理), 그 밖에 법률 사무에 관한 모든 지원을 하는 것을 말한다.
