법률구조법 시행규칙 제4조(변경등록)

「법률구조법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제3조에 따라 법무부장관에게 등록된 법인에 제2조제1항 각 호에 규정된 사항 및 정관의 변경이 있는 경우에는 그 변경된 날부터 14일 이내에 법무부장관에게 변경등록을 신청하여야 한다. 이 경우 정관의 변경등록을 신청하는 때에는 변경 사실을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부해야 한다. <개정 2019.3.11>
