법령 등 공포에 관한 법률 제5조(법률)

① 법률 공포문의 전문에는 국회의 의결을 받은 사실을 적고, 대통령이 서명한 후 대통령인을 찍고 그 공포일을 명기하여 국무총리와 관계 국무위원이 부서한다.

② 「대한민국헌법」 제53조제6항에 따라 국회의장이 공포하는 법률의 공포문 전문에는 국회의 의결을 받은 사실과 「대한민국헌법」 제53조제6항에 따라 공포한다는 뜻을 적고, 국회의장이 서명한 후 국회의장인(國會議長印)을 찍고 그 공포일을 명기하여야 한다.
