범죄피해자 보호법 시행령 제54조(형사조정절차의 종료)

개별 조정위원회는 당사자 사이에 합의가 성립되지 아니하는 경우 또는 성립된 합의 내용이 위법하거나 선량한 풍속, 그 밖의 사회질서에 위반된다고 인정되는 경우에는 조정 불성립 결정을 하고 담당 검사에게 사건을 회송하여야 한다.
