범죄피해자 보호법 시행령 제14조(보호위원회 위원장의 직무 등)

① 보호위원회 위원장은 보호위원회를 대표하고 보호위원회의 업무를 총괄하며, 보호위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

② 보호위원회 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지정한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Protection프^r러텍션 Committee커미티 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

③ 보호위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Protection프^r러텍션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 보호위원회의 사무 처리를 위하여 보호위원회에 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 법무부 소속 공무원 중에서 법무부장관이 지명한다.

(4) One원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 be비 assigned어사인드 to투 the^ð더 Protection프^r러텍션 Committee커미티 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Justice저스티스 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Justice.저스티스

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 보호위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 보호위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
