범죄피해자보호기금법 제15조(감독)

법무부장관은 필요하다고 인정하면 기금을 지원받은 자에 대하여 그 업무ㆍ회계 및 재산에 관한 사항을 보고하게 하거나 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있고 소속 공무원으로 하여금 기금을 지원받은 자의 장부ㆍ서류 등의 물건을 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2014.10.15>
