Act on Special Cases concerning Execution of Community Service for Persons Who Fail to Pay Fines, Article 13 (Effect of Performing Community Service)
이 법에 따른 사회봉사를 전부 또는 일부 이행한 경우에는 집행한 사회봉사시간에 상응하는 벌금액을 낸 것으로 본다.
Where community service under this Act is performed in whole or in part, the fine in the amount corresponding to the hours of community service executed is deemed paid.
