백두대간 보호에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조의3(토지등의 매수청구 절차 등)

① 법 제10조의2제1항에 따라 토지등의 매수를 청구하려는 자는 별지 제2호서식의 토지등 매수청구서에 입목등기부 등본(등기된 입목의 소유자만 해당한다)을 첨부하여 산림청장에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 산림청장은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 다음 각 호의 서류를 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2009.6.16, 2010.5.4, 2014.9.11>

②산림청장은 제1항에 따른 매수청구가 있는 때에는 청구가 있은 날부터 60일 이내에 매수대상 여부 등을 매수를 청구한 자에게 알려야 하며, 매수대상인 경우에는 매수를 알린 날부터 3년 이내에 매수청구를 받은 토지등을 매수하여야 한다. <개정 2009.6.16>
