배타적 경제수역에서의 외국인어업 등에 대한 주권적 권리의 행사에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(담보금의 국고귀속)

① 검사는 법 제24조제2항 또는 제3항에 따라 국고에 귀속되어야 할 담보금이 있을 때에는 매 분기가 끝나는 달의 다음 달 5일까지 소속 지방검찰청 검사장 또는 지청장이 지정하는 세입세출외 현금출납공무원에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 통보하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 통보를 받은 세입세출외 현금출납공무원은 「정부보관금에 관한 법률」에서 정하는 바에 따라 해당 담보금의 국고귀속에 필요한 조치를 한 후 검사에게 그 결과를 지체 없이 통보하여야 한다.
