방송통신발전 기본법 제36조의2(방송통신재난관리계획의 이행)

① 주요방송통신사업자는 제36조제2항에 따른 방송통신재난관리계획을 이행하여야 한다.

② 과학기술정보통신부장관과 방송미디어통신위원회는 제1항에 따른 이행 여부를 지도ㆍ점검할 수 있으며, 점검결과 보완이 필요한 사항에 대해서는 주요방송통신사업자에게 시정을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

③ 제2항에 따른 지도ㆍ점검의 주기 및 방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
