방송통신발전 기본법 제25조의2(분담금에 대한 이의신청)

① 제25조제2항부터 제5항까지에 따라 분담금을 부과받은 자가 부과된 분담금에 대하여 이의가 있는 경우에는 부과받은 날부터 60일 이내에 방송미디어통신위원회에 이의를 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

② 방송미디어통신위원회는 제1항에 따른 이의신청을 받았을 때에는 그 신청을 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 이를 심의하여 그 결과를 신청인에게 서면으로 알려야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

③ 제25조제2항부터 제5항까지에 따른 분담금 부과에 이의가 있는 자는 제1항에 따른 이의신청 여부와 관계없이 「행정심판법」에 따른 행정심판을 청구하거나 「행정소송법」에 따른 행정소송을 제기할 수 있다.
