방송통신발전 기본법 제20조(기술지도)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관 또는 방송미디어통신위원회는 방송통신기자재의 방송통신 방식 및 규격 등을 생산단계에서부터 정확하게 적용하고 방송통신서비스의 품질을 확보하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 방송통신기자재의 생산을 업(業)으로 하는 자 또는 「정보통신공사업법」에 따른 정보통신공사업자에게 기술의 표준화, 기술훈련, 기술정보의 제공 또는 국제기구와의 협력 등에 관하여 기술지도를 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>
