Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Development of Broadcasting and Communications, Article 28-3 (Installation of Disaster Broadcasting Reception Facilities)

① 법 제40조의3제1항에 따른 방송통신설비 설치 지원 대상은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2025.10.1>

3. 그 밖에 방송미디어통신위원회가 재난상황 및 민방위사태 등으로부터 국민의 생명ㆍ신체 및 재산의 보호 등을 위하여 지원이 필요하다고 인정하는 도로등의 방송수신 장애지역에 설치하는 방송통신설비

③ 법 제40조의3제2항에 따른 방송통신설비에 대한 조사는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 실시한다.

1. 설치 여부에 대한 조사: 도로등의 소유자ㆍ점유자ㆍ관리자로부터 수신시설의 설치 유무에 관한 자료를 제출받아 확인하는 방법으로 실시

2. 수신 상태에 대한 조사: 조사 대상 지역 전체 구간에 대해서 법 제40조의3제1항 각 호에 따른 방송통신설비별 수신 신호의 세기 및 품질 등을 측정하는 방법으로 실시

⑤ 방송미디어통신위원회는 제3항에 따라 조사를 실시한 경우에는 그 결과를 도로등의 소유자ㆍ점유자ㆍ관리자 및 관계 행정기관에 서면으로 통지하고, 방송미디어통신위원회의 인터넷 홈페이지에 공표해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
