Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Development of Broadcasting and Communications, Article 26 (Composition and Operation of Countermeasure Headquarters)

① 법 제39조에 따른 방송통신재난 대책본부(이하 "대책본부"라 한다)는 방송통신재난복구와 직접 관련이 있는 중앙행정기관의 소속 공무원 및 주요방송통신사업자의 소속 직원으로 구성한다.

③ 대책본부의 장은 대책본부를 대표하고, 다음 각 호의 업무를 총괄한다.

④ 대책본부의 장은 대책본부를 효율적으로 운영하기 위하여 주요방송통신사업자에게 소속 직원의 파견을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 주요 방송통신사업자는 특별한 사유가 없으면 파견요청에 따라야 한다.
