방송통신발전 기본법 시행령 제24조의2(방송통신재난관리계획 이행의 지도ㆍ점검 등)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관과 방송미디어통신위원회는 법 제36조의2제2항에 따른 방송통신재난관리계획의 이행 여부에 대한 지도ㆍ점검(이하 이 조에서 "지도ㆍ점검"이라 한다)을 매년 1회 이상 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

② 과학기술정보통신부장관과 방송미디어통신위원회는 지도ㆍ점검을 실시하는 경우에는 지도ㆍ점검을 실시하기 7일 전까지 그 일시, 내용 등을 포함한 지도ㆍ점검계획을 주요방송통신사업자에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사유가 있거나 사전에 통지하는 경우 지도ㆍ점검의 목적을 달성할 수 없는 경우에는 통지하지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

③ 과학기술정보통신부장관과 방송미디어통신위원회는 지도ㆍ점검의 실시를 위하여 필요한 범위에서 주요방송통신사업자에게 방송통신재난관리계획의 이행 여부의 확인에 필요한 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

④ 과학기술정보통신부장관과 방송미디어통신위원회는 지도ㆍ점검을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 소속 공무원에게 방송통신설비의 설치 지역이나 사업장 등에 출입하여 지도ㆍ점검하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

⑤ 제4항에 따른 지도ㆍ점검을 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.
