Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Development of Broadcasting and Communications, Article 19 (Exemption from Testing, etc. of Broadcasting and Communications Facilities)

법 제28조제2항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 방송통신사업자"란 다음 각 호의 방송통신사업자를 말한다.
