방송미디어통신위원회의 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(특별위원회)

① 법 제23조제5항에 따른 특별위원회(이하 이 조에서 "특별위원회"라 한다)는 분야별로 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 특별위원회 위원은 자문할 분야에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 전문가 중에서 심의위원장이 심의위원회의 동의를 받아 위촉하고, 특별위원회 위원장은 심의위원장이 특별위원회의 위원 중에서 지명한다.

(2) Members멤버즈 of어^v브 a어 special스페실 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Commission,커미션 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Commission,커미션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 experts엑스펏츠 with위^ð드 extensive익스텐시^v브 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 the^ð더 field^f필드 on안 which위치 advice애드^v바이스 is이즈 to투 be비 given,기^v븐 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 a어 special스페실 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Commission커미션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 special스페실 committee.커미티

③ 특별위원회의 회의는 특별위원회 위원장이 소집한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 a어 special스페실 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 special스페실 committee.커미티

④ 특별위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 a어 special스페실 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 특별위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 심의위원회 규칙으로 정한다.
