방문판매 등에 관한 법률 제3조(적용 범위)

1. 사업자(다단계판매원, 후원방문판매원 또는 사업권유거래의 상대방은 제외한다. 이하 이 호에서 같다)가 상행위를 목적으로 재화등을 구입하는 거래. 다만, 사업자가 사실상 소비자와 같은 지위에서 다른 소비자와 같은 거래조건으로 거래하는 경우는 제외한다.
