① 「발전소주변지역 지원에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제2조 단서에 따른 수력발전소, 조력발전소 또는 해상풍력발전소의 주변지역은 「전기사업법」 제2조제4호에 따른 발전사업자(이하 "발전사업자"라 한다)가 가동ㆍ건설 중이거나 건설할 예정인 시설용량 1만킬로와트를 초과하는 수력발전소, 조력발전소 또는 해상풍력발전소의 인접지역으로서 해당 발전소의 발전기나 댐 또는 방조제를 기준으로 하여 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 지역(이하 "기준지역"이라 한다)이 속하는 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동의 지역으로 한다. <개정 2020.8.5, 2021.2.9>
