발명진흥법 제51조(한국지식재산연구원)

Invention Promotion Act, Article 51 (Korea Institute of Intellectual Property)

①정부는 지식재산권에 관련된 국내외 분쟁에 대한 효율적인 대응방안을 세우고 국내외 지식재산권의 동향 분석과 신지식재산권 분야에 대한 연구를 하기 위하여 한국지식재산연구원(이하 "연구원"이라 한다)을 설립한다. <개정 2013.3.22>

6. 그 밖에 제1호부터 제5호까지의 사업에 따른 부대사업 및 정부가 제1항의 설립목적에 부응한다고 인정하는 사업

⑥제5항에 따른 시책에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2013.3.22>

⑦ 연구원에 대하여 이 법에서 정한 것을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다. <신설 2013.3.22>
