발명진흥법 제31조의7(발명 등의 평가 관련 비밀유지 등)

① 평가기관(평가기관으로 지정되었던 기관을 포함한다) 및 그 소속 직원(소속 직원이었던 자를 포함한다)은 업무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설하거나 업무 외의 목적으로 사용하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 이 법 또는 다른 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 평가정보체계에 관한 업무를 수행하고 있거나 수행하였던 자(용역계약 등에 따라 해당 업무를 수임한 자 또는 그 사용인을 포함한다)는 평가정보체계의 구축ㆍ관리 및 활용과 관련된 업무를 수행하면서 알게 된 비밀을 누설하거나 업무 외의 목적으로 사용하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 이 법 또는 다른 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
