발명진흥법 제17조(직무발명심의위원회의 운영 등)

①사용자등은 종업원등의 직무발명에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 직무발명심의위원회(이하 "심의위원회"라 한다)를 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2013.7.30>

②심의위원회는 사용자등과 종업원등(법인의 임원은 제외한다)을 각각 대표하는 같은 수의 위원으로 구성하되, 필요한 경우에는 관련 분야의 전문가를 자문위원으로 위촉할 수 있다. <개정 2013.7.30>
