민사소송 등 인지법 제11조(항고장 등)

① 제9조 또는 제10조의 신청에 관한 재판(항고법원의 재판을 포함한다)에 대한 항고장(抗告狀) 및 상소장(上訴狀)에는 해당 신청서에 붙인 인지액의 2배에 해당하는 인지를 붙여야 한다.

② 제1항의 항고장 외의 항고장에는 2천원의 인지를 붙여야 한다.

(2) Stamps스탬프스 of어^v브 2,000 won원 shall섈 be비 affixed어^f픽스트 to투 a어 notice노우티스 of어^v브 interlocutory인털로우큐토^r리 appeal어필 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 that^ð댓 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).
