민법 제907조(파양 청구권의 소멸)

파양 청구권자는 제905조제1호ㆍ제2호ㆍ제4호의 사유가 있음을 안 날부터 6개월, 그 사유가 있었던 날부터 3년이 지나면 파양을 청구할 수 없다.
