민법 제463조(변제로서의 타인의 물건의 인도)
Civil Act, Article 463 (Delivery of Another Person's Thing as Performance)
채무의 변제로 타인의 물건을 인도한 채무자는 다시 유효한 변제를 하지 아니하면 그 물건의 반환을 청구하지 못한다.
An obligor who has delivered another person's thing in performance of an obligation may not demand the return of the thing unless he or she makes a new, valid performance.
