민법 제226조(여수소통권)

①고지소유자는 침수지를 건조하기 위하여 또는 가용이나 농, 공업용의 여수를 소통하기 위하여 공로, 공류 또는 하수도에 달하기까지 저지에 물을 통과하게 할 수 있다.
