민법 제171조(파산절차참가와 시효중단)
Civil Act, Article 171 (Participation in Bankruptcy Proceedings and Interruption of Prescription)
파산절차참가는 채권자가 이를 취소하거나 그 청구가 각하된 때에는 시효중단의 효력이 없다.
Participation in bankruptcy proceedings does not interrupt prescription if the creditor withdraws it or if the claim is dismissed.
