민간임대주택에 관한 특별법 제42조의7(자료 및 정보의 수집 등)

① 국토교통부장관, 제42조의2에 따른 전산관리지정기관, 임대사업자 및 제62조에 따라 제42조의4부터 제42조의6까지의 업무를 위임ㆍ위탁받은 기관의 장은 민간임대주택 공급을 위하여 제42조의2부터 제42조의6까지의 규정에 따라 제공받은 자료 및 정보를 제공받은 목적의 범위에서 수집ㆍ관리ㆍ보유 또는 활용할 수 있다. <개정 2019.4.23>

② 국토교통부장관 및 지방자치단체의 장은 제42조의5 및 제42조의6에 따른 자료 및 정보를 확인하기 위하여 「사회복지사업법」 제6조의2제2항에 따른 정보시스템을 연계하여 사용할 수 있다.

③ 제42조의2부터 제42조의6까지의 규정에 따른 업무에 종사하거나 종사하였던 자는 제42조의2부터 제42조의6까지의 규정에 따라 제공받은 정보와 자료를 이 법에서 정한 목적 외의 다른 용도로 사용하거나 다른 사람 또는 기관에 제공하거나 누설해서는 아니 된다. <개정 2019.4.23>
