Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Promotion of Civilian-Military Technology Cooperation Projects, Article 22-2 (Entrustment of Duties)

관계중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제24조제2항에 따라 다음 각 호의 업무를 법 제12조제1항에 따른 민ㆍ군기술협력 전담기구 등 관계 기관 또는 단체에 위탁할 수 있다. 이 경우 관계중앙행정기관의 장은 위탁하는 업무의 내용과 처리방법, 위탁받은 기관 또는 단체에 관한 사항 등을 고시하여야 한다.
