물환경보전법 시행령 제53조(배출부과금의 납부통지)

① 배출부과금은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기간에 납부통지를 하여야 한다. 다만, 측정기기부착사업장등의 경우에는 분기별로 초과배출부과금을 합산하여 납부통지를 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 배출부과금을 부과(제54조에 따라 조정을 거쳐 배출부과금을 부과하는 경우를 포함한다)하는 경우에는 부과 대상 수질오염물질량, 부과금액, 납부기간, 납부장소, 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 서면으로 알려야 한다. 이 경우 배출부과금의 납부기간은 납부통지서를 발급한 날부터 30일로 한다.
