문화유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 제86조(포상금)

① 국가유산청장은 제90조부터 제92조까지와 「매장유산 보호 및 조사에 관한 법률」 제31조의 죄를 저지른 자나 그 미수범(未遂犯)이 기소유예 처분을 받거나 유죄판결이 확정된 경우 그 자를 수사기관에 제보(提報)한 자와 체포에 공로가 있는 자에게 예산의 범위에서 포상금을 지급하여야 한다. <개정 2023.8.8, 2024.2.13>

② 수사기관의 범위, 제보의 처리, 포상금의 지급기준 등 포상금 지급에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
