문화유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 제28조(지정의 고시 및 통지)

① 국가유산청장이 제23조, 제25조부터 제27조까지의 규정에 따라 국가지정문화유산(보호물과 보호구역을 포함한다)를 지정하면 그 취지를 관보에 고시하고, 지체 없이 해당 문화유산의 소유자에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2015.3.27, 2023.8.8, 2024.2.13>

② 제1항의 경우 그 문화유산의 소유자가 없거나 분명하지 아니하면 그 점유자 또는 관리자에게 이를 알려야 한다. <개정 2023.8.8>
