문화유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 시행령 제42조의2(원상 복구 비용의 청구)

① 국가유산청장 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제82조의3제3항에 따라 원상 복구 비용을 청구하는 경우 같은 조 제1항의 행위를 한 사람에게 납부금액, 납부기한, 납부장소 등을 적은 납부고지서를 보내야 한다. 이 경우 납부고지서를 보낸 날부터 60일 이내의 납부기한을 정해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>
