문화유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 시행령 제41조의7(지역문화유산돌봄센터의 평가)

① 국가유산청장은 매년 12월 31일까지 법 제80조의6제1항에 따라 지역문화유산돌봄센터를 평가해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

② 국가유산청장은 제1항에 따른 평가를 실시하려면 평가 시기 및 방법을 포함한 평가지침을 작성하여 시ㆍ도지사 및 지역문화유산돌봄센터의 장에게 통보해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

③ 국가유산청장은 법 제80조의6제2항에 따라 평가 결과를 공개하기 전에 공개 대상 지역문화유산돌봄센터에 그 사실을 통지하여 소명자료나 의견을 제출할 수 있는 기회를 주어야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

④ 국가유산청장은 제1항에 따른 평가가 완료되었을 때에는 평가 점수 및 등급을 포함한 평가 결과를 지체 없이 국가유산청의 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>
