Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Heritage, Article 30 (Cost Support for Reduction of Admission Fees)

① 국가 또는 지방자치단체가 아닌 국가지정문화유산의 소유자 또는 관리단체(이하 이 조에서 "소유자등"이라 한다)는 법 제49조제4항에 따라 국가로부터 비용을 지원받으려는 경우에는 문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 지원신청서에 다음 각 호의 자료를 첨부하여 매년 3월 31일까지 국가유산청장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

② 국가유산청장은 제1항에 따라 제출된 자료를 검토하여 감면된 관람료에 해당하는 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 소유자등에게 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2024.5.7>

③ 소유자등은 비용지원 신청 및 지원금 수령 등을 직접 하기 어려운 사정이 있으면 대리인을 선임할 수 있다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 법 제49조제4항에 따라 국가로부터 지원받은 비용의 지급ㆍ사용 및 관리 등에 관하여는 「보조금 관리에 관한 법률」에서 정하는 바에 따른다.
