법 제46조에 따라 손실을 보상받으려는 자는 국가지정문화유산의 종류, 명칭, 수량, 소재지 또는 보관 장소와 그 사유를 적은 신청서에 증명서류를 첨부하여 국가유산청장에게 신청해야 한다. <개정 2021.11.9, 2024.5.7>
