문화예술진흥법 제33조(사무처)

①위원회의 사무를 보조하기 위하여 위원회에 사무처를 둔다.

②사무처에 사무처장 1명을 두되, 사무처장은 위원회의 동의를 받아 위원장이 임명과 해임을 한다.

(2) The^ð더 secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general,제너^r럴 who후 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 and앤드 dismissed디스미스트 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council.카운슬

③사무처장의 임기는 3년으로 한다.
