문화예술진흥법 제26조(위원의 대우 및 겸직 금지)

①위원장에게는 보수를 지급하며, 위원장이 아닌 위원은 명예직으로 하되, 위원회의 규정에 따라 직무 수행을 위한 경비 등 실제 비용을 지급할 수 있다.

②위원장은 위원회의 규정이 정하는 경우 외에는 영리를 목적으로 하는 다른 직무를 겸직할 수 없다.
