문화예술진흥법 제25조(위원의 임기)

① 위원장과 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다. <개정 2020.6.9>

② 문화체육관광부장관은 위원이 결원되면 보궐위원을 위촉하여야 하며, 보궐위원의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다. <개정 2011.5.25, 2020.6.9>

③임기가 만료된 위원은 그 후임자가 임명될 때까지 그 직무를 행한다.
