문화예술진흥법 제12조(문화강좌 설치)

①국가와 지방자치단체는 국민이 높은 문화예술을 누릴 수 있도록 문화강좌 설치 기관 또는 단체를 지정하여 문화예술을 보급할 수 있다.

②제1항에 따른 문화강좌를 설치할 대상 기관 또는 단체의 지정 및 그 절차는 대통령령으로 정한다.

③국가 및 지방자치단체는 문화강좌 설치ㆍ운영에 드는 경비를 지원할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 State스테잇 and앤드 local로우클 governments거^v버먼츠 may메이 subsidize서브시다이즈 the^ð디 expenses익스펜시즈 incurred인커드 in인 establishing이스태블리슁 and앤드 operating아퍼^r레이팅 culture컬처 courses.코시즈
