① 유네스코의 「무형문화유산의 보호를 위한 협약」(이하 "유네스코 협약"이라 한다) 이행을 장려하고, 아시아ㆍ태평양 지역 등의 무형유산 보호활동 등을 지원하기 위하여 국가유산청 산하에 유네스코 아시아ㆍ태평양 무형문화유산 국제정보네트워킹센터(이하 "유네스코 아ㆍ태무형유산센터"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2020.12.8, 2022.1.18, 2023.8.8, 2024.2.13>

③ 유네스코 아ㆍ태무형유산센터는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 임원과 필요한 직원을 둔다. <개정 2020.12.8>

④ 유네스코 아ㆍ태무형유산센터에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 것 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2020.12.8>
