무형유산의 보전 및 진흥에 관한 법률 제41조(무형유산 전승공예품 인증)

① 국가유산청장은 인증심사를 거쳐 전승공예품에 대하여 인증(이하 "인증"이라 한다)을 할 수 있다. <개정 2024.2.13>

(1) The^ð디 Administrator어드미너스트^r레이터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Heritage헤^r러터지 Service서^v비스 may메이 grant그^r랜트 certification서터^f퍼케이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "certification")서터^f퍼케이션 to투 transmitted트^r랜스미티드 craft크^r래^f프트 products프^r라덕츠 after애^f프터 certification서터^f퍼케이션 examination.이그재머네이션

② 국가유산청장은 인증을 위하여 해당 전승자에게 관련 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있으며, 필요한 경우 소속 공무원 또는 관련 전문가에게 전승공예품 제작공정을 참관하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2024.2.13>

(2) For^f포 certification,서터^f퍼케이션 the^ð디 Administrator어드미너스트^r레이터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Heritage헤^r러터지 Service서^v비스 may메이 request^r리퀘스트 the^ð더 transmitter트^r랜스미터 concerned컨선드 to투 submit서브밋 relevant^r렐러^v번트 materials,머티^r리얼즈 and앤드 where웨어 necessary네서세^r리 may메이 have해^v브 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 under언더 his히즈 or오 her허 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 or오 relevant^r렐러^v번트 experts엑스펏츠 observe어브저^v브 the^ð더 production프^r러덕션 process프^r라세스 of어^v브 the^ð더 transmitted트^r랜스미티드 craft크^r래^f프트 products.프^r라덕츠

③ 인증을 받은 해당 전승자는 자신이 제작한 전승공예품에 인증의 표시를 할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 transmitter트^r랜스미터 concerned컨선드 who후 has해즈 obtained어브테인드 certification서터^f퍼케이션 may메이 display디스플레이 a어 certification서터^f퍼케이션 mark마크 on안 the^ð더 transmitted트^r랜스미티드 craft크^r래^f프트 products프^r라덕츠 he히 or오 she쉬 produced.프^r러두스트

④ 누구든지 인증을 받지 아니한 상품에 국가유산청장이 정한 인증표시와 동일하거나 유사한 표시를 하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2024.2.13>

(4) No노우 one원 shall섈 display디스플레이 a어 mark마크 identical아이덴티클 or오 similar시멀러 to투 the^ð더 certification서터^f퍼케이션 mark마크 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 Administrator어드미너스트^r레이터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Heritage헤^r러터지 Service서^v비스 on안 goods구즈 that^ð댓 have해^v브 not낫 obtained어브테인드 certification.서터^f퍼케이션

⑤ 인증의 유효기간은 인증을 받은 날부터 4년으로 하되, 재심사를 거쳐 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2023.10.31>

⑥ 인증의 기준 및 심사 절차, 표시의 방법 등에 필요한 사항은 국가유산청장이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2024.2.13>
