무역보험법 시행령 제3조의12(기명식 채권)

① 기명식 채권의 이전(移轉)은 취득자의 성명과 주소를 채권 원부에 적지 아니하면 공사나 그 밖의 제3자에게 대항하지 못한다.

② 기명식 채권을 질권의 목적으로 하는 경우 질권자의 성명과 주소를 채권 원부에 적지 아니하면 공사나 그 밖의 제3자에게 대항하지 못한다.

(2) Where웨어 registered^r레지스터드 bonds반즈 are아 made메이드 the^ð더 subject서브젝트 of어^v브 a어 pledge,플레지 the^ð더 pledge플레지 may메이 not낫 be비 asserted어서티드 against어겐스트 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 or오 other어^ð더 third^θ써드 parties파티즈 unless언레스 the^ð더 name네임 and앤드 address애드^r레스 of어^v브 the^ð더 pledgee플레지 are아 entered엔터드 in인 the^ð더 bond반드 register.^r레지스터

③ 제2항에 따라 질권이 설정되면 공사는 해당 채권에 그 사실을 표시하여야 한다.
