Mother and Child Health Act, Article 7 (Establishment of Mother and Child Health Organizations)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 모자보건사업에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항을 관장하기 위하여 모자보건기구를 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다. 이 경우 지방자치단체가 모자보건기구를 설치할 때에는 그 지방자치단체가 설치한 보건소에 설치함을 원칙으로 한다. <개정 2017.12.12>
