말산업 육성법 제15조(승마시설의 신고 등)

① 승마시설을 운영하려는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 신고하여야 한다. 신고한 사항을 변경(대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항의 변경은 제외한다)하려는 때에도 같다. <개정 2017.3.21>

② 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 제1항 전단에 따른 신고를 받은 날부터 10일 이내, 같은 항 후단에 따른 변경신고를 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 신고수리 여부를 신고인에게 통지하여야 한다. <신설 2017.3.21>

③ 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장이 제2항에서 정한 기간 내에 신고수리 여부 또는 민원 처리 관련 법령에 따른 처리기간의 연장 여부를 신고인에게 통지하지 아니하면 그 기간이 끝난 날의 다음 날에 신고를 수리한 것으로 본다. <신설 2017.3.21>

④ 승마시설의 운영자는 이용자의 쾌적한 이용과 안전 확보를 위하여 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 시설 및 안전 기준을 지켜야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.3.21>

⑤ 승마시설의 운영자는 승마시설의 운영과 관련되거나 승마시설에서 발생한 피해를 보상하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보험에 가입하여야 한다. <개정 2017.3.21>

(5) The^ð디 operator아퍼^r레이터 of어^v브 a어 riding^r라이딩 facility^f퍼실리티 shall섈 purchase퍼처스 insurance,인슈^r런스 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree,디크^r리 to투 compensate캄펀세잇 for^f포 damage대머지 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 riding^r라이딩 facility^f퍼실리티 or오 occurring어커^r링 at앳 the^ð더 riding^r라이딩 facility.^f퍼실리티

⑥ 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 승마시설을 운영하는 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 영업을 취소하거나 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 그 영업의 전부 또는 일부의 정지를 명할 수 있다. <개정 2017.3.21>

⑦ 제6항에 따른 영업취소 및 영업정지에 관한 세부기준은 그 처분의 사유와 위반 정도 등을 고려하여 농림축산식품부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.3.21>
