마약류 불법거래 방지에 관한 특례법 제14조(불법수익등이 합하여진 재산의 몰수)

제13조제1항 각 호 또는 같은 조 제3항 각 호에 따른 재산(이하 "불법재산"이라 한다)이 불법재산 외의 재산과 합하여진 경우 그 불법재산을 몰수하여야 할 때에는 그것이 합하여짐으로써 생긴 재산(이하 "혼합재산"이라 한다) 중 그 불법재산(합하여지는 데에 관련된 부분만 해당한다)의 금액 또는 수량에 상당하는 부분을 몰수할 수 있다.
