마약류 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제2조의4(협의회의 운영)

① 협의회의 의장은 협의회를 대표하며, 협의회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 협의회의 의장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없는 때에는 의장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 circumstances,서컴스탠시즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 acts액츠 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

③ 협의회의 회의는 의장이 필요하다고 인정하거나 재적위원 3분의 1 이상이 요구하는 경우 의장이 소집한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 when웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary네서세^r리 or오 when웬 at앳 least리스트 one-third원-^θ써드 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 so소우 request.^r리퀘스트

④ 협의회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 협의회는 업무를 수행하기 위하여 필요한 때에는 전문적인 지식과 경험이 있는 공무원 또는 관계 전문가를 참석하게 하여 의견을 듣거나 관계 기관ㆍ단체 등에 대하여 필요한 자료 또는 의견의 제출 등 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다.

⑥ 협의회에 출석한 위원 및 관계 전문가에 대하여는 예산의 범위에서 수당ㆍ여비 및 그 밖에 필요한 경비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 협의회에 출석하는 경우에는 그렇지 않다.
