디자인보호법 시행규칙 제26조(서류 등의 보정)

① 법 제47조, 제48조, 제64조, 제128조, 제186조 또는 이 규칙 제46조에 따라 보정[「산업디자인의 국제등록에 관한 헤이그 협정」(1999년 세계지식재산기구에 의하여 제네바외교회의에서 채택된 조약을 말하며, 이하 "헤이그협정"이라 한다) 제1조(vii)에 따른 국제출원(이하 "국제출원"이라 한다)에 대한 보정은 제외한다]하려는 자(법 제47조제3호에 해당하여 수수료를 보정하려는 자는 제외한다)는 별지 제2호서식의 보정서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 지식재산처장, 특허심판원장 또는 심판장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 법 제47조제3호에 해당하여 수수료를 보정하려는 자는 「특허료 등의 징수규칙」 별지 제1호의2서식의 납부서를 제출하면 된다.
