Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Use and Protection of DNA Identification Information, Article 8 (Method of Collecting and Managing DNA Samples)

① 법 제5조 또는 제6조에 따른 디엔에이감식시료 채취대상자로부터 디엔에이감식시료를 채취할 때에는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 방법으로 하여야 한다.

(1) DNA디에네이 samples샘플즈 shall섈 be비 collected컬렉티드 from^f프^r럼 persons퍼슨즈 from^f프^r럼 whom훔 DNA디에네이 samples샘플즈 are아 to투 be비 collected컬렉티드 under언더 Article아터클 5 or오 6 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 by바이 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 methods:메^θ써즈

1. 구강점막에서의 채취

1. Collection컬렉션 from^f프^r럼 the^ð디 oral오^r럴 mucosa;뮤코우사

2. 모근을 포함한 모발의 채취

2. Collection컬렉션 of어^v브 hair헤어 including인클루딩 the^ð더 hair헤어 root;^r룻

3. 그 밖에 디엔에이를 채취할 수 있는 신체부분, 분비물, 체액의 채취(제1호 또는 제2호에 따른 디엔에이감식시료의 채취가 불가능하거나 현저히 곤란한 경우에 한정한다)

② 검찰총장 및 경찰청장은 법 제5조부터 제8조까지의 규정에 따라 디엔에이감식시료를 채취하는 경우 디엔에이감식시료가 부패 또는 오염되거나 다른 디엔에이감식시료와 바뀌지 않도록 디엔에이감식시료의 채취, 운반 및 보관에 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.
