디엔에이신원확인정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률 시행령 제6조(디엔에이감식시료 채취의 위탁)

① 검사는 법 제5조제2항에 따라 디엔에이감식시료의 채취를 위탁하기 위하여 교도소ㆍ구치소 및 그 지소, 소년원, 치료감호시설 등(이하 "수용기관"이라 한다)의 장에게 디엔에이감식시료 채취대상자의 확인 및 디엔에이감식시료 채취의 위탁에 필요한 자료를 요청할 수 있다.

② 법 제5조제2항에 따라 검사로부터 디엔에이감식시료의 채취를 위탁받은 수용기관의 장은 지체 없이 법 제5조에 따른 디엔에이감식시료 채취대상자로부터 디엔에이감식시료를 채취하고, 채취한 디엔에이감식시료와 다음 각 호의 서류를 즉시 검사에게 보내야 한다.
